How an engagement works
- A fixed price, in writing, before we start. Each package lists what is included. Anything beyond it is quoted and agreed first — never billed after the fact.
- The work lives in your Argus organisation, and it stays yours. When we finish, the register keeps running — the daily feed, alerts and trend carry on without us. Your IT gives us an account inside your organisation for the engagement and removes it when we are done.
- Every recommendation is traceable. Scores come from dated, sourced events you can open yourself; our judgement is written down separately, under our names, so you can tell what the data says from what we advise.
- Nothing leaves your control. Deliverables are the board pack, briefs and exercise records as files you hold. There are no share links, and the working register stays in your organisation.
- The software is billed separately at the published price. You can keep it, or not, when the engagement ends.
